Mid-Day Squares is a bold young company out of Montreal on a mission to become the Nike of chocolate bars by cooking up the most functional chocolate on the planet. These bars kick ass and so does MDS’s social presence! The company is founded by Lezlie Karls, along with her husband Nick, and brother Jake. They’re a trio that’s mainlined social best practices and have become brand-obsessed to grow a mighty following behind their product and their personal stories as well.
We partnered together to create scripted content in late 2020 into 2021 and it looks like we’ll have many more stories to tell together as the kids poised to take on the US market
Jingle Operations - Scripted Video
2020. A year that seriously stunk for at least 2020+ reasons. The MDS crew wanted to put out some kindness into the world as the holidays neared and do something special for people in their community that suffered hardships during this trying year.
They outfitted a sprinter van and become the Jingle Ops Squad. I helped with the rhyme scheme and gluing the segments together into this heartwarming holiday tale. It was premiered on IGTV so be prepared to tilt your head.

2021 Let’s F*cking Win - Scripted Video
After taking the needed time to pause and reflect on all the changes and challenges of 2020, it was time to gear up for 2021, a comeback year if there ever was to be one. The MDS team was ready to put 2020 into the rearview mirror and get hyped for the new year. Let’s f’ing do this!

And Another One! - Valentine’s Day Love
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, the MDS team wanted to do something sweet for their employees and fans, but since MDS is a wild company they had to do it up DJ Khaled style. I scripted this video where we transformed CEO Lezlie Karls into a Chocolate Bar Baller who’s dappling love and compliments and all her employees.
